Couples Counselling

Couples counselling provides a safe and supportive space to slow things down and make sense of what is happening in your relationship. Many couples seek support when they feel stuck in repeated arguments, emotionally disconnected, or unsure how to move forward despite their best efforts.

Through counselling, couples gain a clearer understanding of the patterns contributing to conflict and distance. You will learn more effective ways to communicate, feel heard and understood, and respond to each other with greater awareness and care. Counselling also supports couples to navigate life
transitions, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection.

By addressing the underlying issues rather than just the surface disagreements, couples counselling helps reduce conflict, increase emotional safety, and create a more connected and resilient relationship moving forward.

Individual Counselling

Coming to counselling is a big deal, especially for the first time and especially for young people. We know that life can be tough, and we strongly believe that you don’t need to hack it out on your own.

Counselling is a powerful tool to help people manage life challenges and transitions. For some people, these can be experienced by feeling socially anxious, experiencing loss in all kinds of forms, managing trauma or feeling helpless, sad or overwhelmed.

The level of self-awareness and self-understanding that counselling can provide has proven to improve client’s overall enjoyment of life, to enhance client’s relationships with others, and give clarity about what really matters for you in your life.

Well done for making the first step towards your inner light.
